You will be billed quarterly
for your Realtor Garage Listing Tool. If you pay for the
entire year, you will be billed for only 11 months.
*This limit is set for the total number of
listings, either in the sold archive, or current listings.
** The Listings Tool is a self managed tool, that any webmaster
can install on your site. This fee is simply to initiate your account,
it is a one time only charge. If you don't have a webmaster taking
care of your site, we are available to install it for you on your
site at an additional $150 charge.
